The team at Yeti Tool have been discussing what they think will be the significant CNC machine trends for 2024.

Co-Founder and Co-Director at Yeti Tool Andy McLaren commented:

“When it comes to CNC machine trends for 2024, having a portable router enables CNC users to work on more projects, more often and in more places.”

“One of the keystones of SmartBench is the fact it is the world’s only portable large-format CNC machine. This has been our most significant development.”

2023 was a year in which the cost of living impacted the CNC sector, and many businesses struggled.

“Looking forward to 2024, we believe that an affordable CNC machine will be a trend. Not just to purchase, but to run day-to-day as well,” said Andy.

“SmartBench was designed and developed with affordability in mind. It remains one of the most affordable large-format CNC machines.”

“We also believe that a scalable CNC machine will be more popular throughout 2024, and SmartBench provides the right mix of delivery and scalability for that scalability,” added Andy.

SmartBench was introduced to professional CNC users and hobbyists alike as a scalable CNC machine. This means it can grow with business and needs.

“We have provided different types of CNC machine for different user profiles – including the SmartBench Mini in 2022 and our most popular CNC machine, Smartbench PrecisionPro+ in 2023,” commented Andy.

SmartBench also offers a range of additional CNC equipment, that all add up to make it the most scalable, portable and versatile CNC on the market.

“There will be interesting changes in the type, size and requirements of CNC machines in 2024, and we look forward to seeing how the sector responds,” concluded Andy.
