As Operations Manager, Isabelle will work across operations, engineering, supply chain management, and marketing strategy. Responsibilities of the role span the total lifecycle of the company’s product lines, from sourcing raw materials and managing the ERP-driven production schedule to crafting technical marketing content that drives global sales, with engaging with customers and the global sales team also as a critical function of the position.
Isabelle is an operations-focused MBA graduate with a passion for building clarity, structure, and efficiency in the way teams work. In her work, she brings a strong focus on improving processes and creating systems that help people achieve their best work.
