[EAST WINDSOR, CT – July 2026] – KOMA Precision, the largest distributor of NC rotary tables and indexers in North America, will feature the latest in machine tool productivity in their booth at IMTS.

One of the latest innovations featured in the booth will be the new, fully submersible, high-precision ball-drive Tsudakoma EDM table. Four-axis tables, and new rotary and tilt tables will be demonstrated live throughout the show.

Alberti angle heads will also be demonstrated, including slimline heads for added flexibility in tight machining environments.

Koma Precision’s booth is the only place at IMTS to see the D’Andrea line of precision boring and facing heads. The fully modular system lets you build the exact toolholding you need, and programmable U-axis heads will perform complex turning and boring directly on a 3-axis mill.

“We’re bringing both the products and the experts people will need to talk to as they look for simple, affordable solutions to their productivity and accuracy challenges,” says Koma Precision President Dave Meo. “Our booth will feature solutions for every part of the process, from tool presetters and toolholding to rotary tables and parts washers.”

Live demos of the KMA-60 robotic pallet loader will be in Koma Precision’s booth, as well as in several partner booths to demonstrate “lights out” part loading and unloading. The KMA-60 features a reconfigured design for added layout flexibility, a sixty-part capacity and a streamlined interface.

Koma will also be unveiling a full line of manual and automatic parts washers, as well as their next generation of tool presetters redesigned with a simplified interface.

To learn more about how to incorporate programmable U-Axis heads, Technical Product Manager Jesse Meade is presenting Do More with the Mill You Have: U-Axis Turning on CNC Mills” on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 3:15 in room W193-B give traditional 3-axis mills turning and boring capabilities.
