BESSEMER CITY, NC – Precision Drive Systems (PDS), a global provider of new SUPERNOVA™ precision motor spindles, spindle repair, rebuild, and engineered spindle solutions, has named Andrew Raddin its Technical Sales Specialist. Raddin will work closely with manufacturers to diagnose spindle performance issues, recommend repair and replacement strategies, and provide technical guidance to help customers improve machine reliability and keep production running at peak efficiency.
Raddin brings more than 13 years of technical B2B sales experience across industrial machinery, automation, and power transmission. Most recently, he served as Account Representative at Atlanta Drive Systems, where he built long-term customer relationships through responsive technical support and product expertise.
“Andrew has a track record of helping end user customers solve technical challenges and improve their rate production,” said Robert Turk, President of Precision Drive Systems. “His experience offering industrial automation products, combined with his consultative approach and commitment to customer service, make him an excellent fit for PDS. Andy understands how to actively listen to customers, identify the right solution, and provide the technical guidance they need to keep their operations running efficiently.”
Before joining Atlanta Drive Systems, Raddin held a technical sales position at Andantex USA, specializing in machine tool and automation applications. Earlier in his career, he spent more than six years at Fastenal, serving in progressively responsible sales and management roles supporting OEMs, MRO facilities, construction companies, and government customers.
Raddin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Monmouth University.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, Raddin will focus on building relationships with manufacturers across North America, helping customers troubleshoot spindle performance issues, identify cost-effective repair and replacement options, and coordinate projects to improve machine reliability and production efficiency. He will also support new business development by introducing manufacturers to PDS’s comprehensive spindle solutions, including repair, rebuild, replacement, and the new PDS SUPERNOVA™ high-speed spindle technologies.
