    DMG and Mori Seiki Announce Collaboration in Mexico

    Chicago, Illinois, December 21, 2010 -DMG Mexico S.A. de C.V (a Member of the GILDEMEISTER Group, Germany) and Mori Seiki Mexico S.A. de C.V. (a member of MORI SEIKI Co. Ltd., Japan) announce a new business collaboration in Mexico starting January 1, 2011. This collaboration will allow DMG and Mori Seiki users to receive expanded service and support from the combined staff of the existing Mexican Technical Centers.

    DMG / Mori Seiki Mexico will offer comprehensive sales, engineering and customer service for both product lines. Sales staff for DMG / Mori Seiki Mexico will be centrally based in Queretaro, with service and parts personnel conveniently located in both Queretaro and Mexico City.

    The collaboration of the two companies will provide end users with an incomparable array of products, as well as the largest single source of machine tool support in Mexico. Furthermore, the combination of machine tool expertise among the sales staff will provide the best possible solutions for every customer’s machine tool needs.

    The addition of new technical and service personnel will enhance the quality of service available to all DMG and Mori Seiki customers. The local spare parts supply will be supplemented by a $135 million inventory in Dallas, TX.
