Exactaform will join the NSC Safety Congress & Expo this September in Indianapolis, IN, following the success of its award-winning HAV-Sentry wearable technology, marking the product’s first major exhibition in the United States.
The precision engineering specialist will be joined by partner Feraru Dynamic at the event on 11-17 September, following HAV-Sentry’s 2024 Safety Innovation Award win. Having been recognised for its contribution to improving workplace safety, the technology has since been further developed and is now gaining momentum across the UK manufacturing sector ahead of its expansion into the US market.
Designed to help organisations proactively manage Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) risk, HAV-Sentry provides real-time monitoring of vibration exposure through an intelligent wearable glove. The technology enables employers to track cumulative exposure, alert operators as they approach safe limits and generate accurate reporting to support compliance, workforce wellbeing and operational decision-making.
Since becoming the exclusive distributor of HAV-Sentry in the UK, Exactaform has worked closely with manufacturers across aerospace, automotive and advanced engineering to introduce a more data-driven approach to vibration risk management, combining the wearable technology with its established engineering expertise and customer support.
Stephanie Henley, Worker Safety Advocate at Exactaform, and Scott Howard, Key Account Manager, will be attending the event alongside the Feraru Dynamic team, meeting with manufacturers, safety professionals and industry leaders to discuss the growing role of real-time exposure monitoring in occupational health.
Vlad Feraru, Founder & Business Development, Feraru Dynamic, says: ”Our partnership with Exactaform has been an important part of HAV-Sentry’s journey and our shared commitment to improving health and safety in the workplace. Winning the 2024 Safety Innovation Award was a significant milestone for the technology and recognition of the hard work of the entire Feraru Dynamics team, as well as the organisations that have supported and challenged us along the way.
HAV-Sentry was developed with a clear purpose: to move vibration risk assessment towards accurate, personalised and data-driven measurement, giving employers a better understanding of individual workers’ exposure and enabling more effective preventative controls. Seeing the technology progress from an innovative concept to a solution being adopted across industry has been incredibly rewarding.
Stephanie Henley, Worker Safety Advocate at Exactaform: “The U.S. market represents a significant opportunity to raise HAVS awareness and advance how organizations understand and manage vibration exposure. As awareness grows, real-time monitoring is becoming an essential part of modern workplace safety, giving employers the visibility to protect workers, improve processes and make faster, evidence-based decisions. Wearable technology is increasingly proving its value not only as a safety tool, but as a driver of productivity and operational efficiency.”
The NSC Safety Congress & Expo provides an opportunity to introduce HAV-Sentry to the North American market while demonstrating how wearable technology can support safer, more proactive manufacturing environments.
