Reader Precision Solutions Inspires Next Generations at Operation: Exploration, IMTS 2024
Elkhorn, WI – September 17, 2024 – Reader Precision Solutions proudly sponsored a record-breaking 220 high school students and educators from Walworth County, WI, on a journey to the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) 2024 in Chicago, IL. This sponsorship is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to the bi-annual Operation Exploration initiative, designed to introduce students to the possibilities within STEM and manufacturing fields.
Now in its tenth year, Operation: Exploration provides students with firsthand exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, offering them an inspiring glimpse into the future of the industry. The day-long event included transportation on four coach-style buses, breakfast and lunch, and full access to the exhibits at IMTS.

Students participated in interactive educational sessions, explored state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, and connected with industry professionals, gaining invaluable knowledge and insight into various career paths in STEM and business-related fields. The experience left students motivated and eager to explore opportunities in manufacturing, aligning with Reader Precision Solutions’ mission to invest in workforce development and community outreach.
