Verisurf is launching the configurator ahead of IMTS 2026. Attendees can see the SIMSCAN 3D scanner demonstrated with Verisurf software in Booth 134330.

The configured solutions pair SIMSCAN handheld 3D scanners with Verisurf software and training to support inspection, analysis, and reverse engineering workflows. The combination enables users to capture and process 3D data, compare scanned parts with CAD models, create inspection reports, and develop CAD geometry from point clouds and meshes.
Verisurf brings these workflows together on an open CAD platform that supports virtually all major CAD file formats and measurement devices. Verisurf software modules

The SIMSCAN-E offers intelligent, wireless scanning for greater freedom on the shop floor or in the field. The SIMSCAN 42 provides high-throughput wired scanning with a large scanning area, while the SIMSCAN 30 delivers versatile, metrology-grade performance for general inspection and reverse engineering. Across the lineup, compact construction and a short camera distance help operators capture gaps, deep holes, slots, channels, and other hard-to-reach features.
