For Halloween 2022, Yeti Tool is giving out free CNC tutorials to make spooky Halloween decorations using the versatile and unique SmartBench, the world’s only portable large-format CNC router.
Using a CNC Router to cut wood designs is ideal all year round, but Halloween presents the perfect opportunity to design and cut cost-effective seasonal items.
Yeti Tool decided to join in the festivities and used SmartBench to cut a gigantic skeleton with local woodworker Marty Purdy from UK woodworking firm Gifts In Wood to create follow-along YouTube tutorials for all to use.
Yeti Tool and Marty have made two tutorial videos. The first one outlines how Marty designed the file for an eight-feet-tall skeleton decoration to be cut on a Yeti Tool SmartBench.

Marty purchased his SmartBench in June 2021 and has been an advocate of our portable large-format CNC router ever since.
His passion, skills, and enthusiasm highlight how to create the eight-foot-tall Halloween skeleton decoration in under 60 minutes.
