Victor and Betty have transformed their company over the last three decades from a multi-spindle screw machine shop with ACMEs and New Britains into a high-tech CNC turning operation. While other companies complain about not being able to find quality employees, DaCruz has created a culture that attracts high level young people to work at the company.

I agree with Alan…it is tough to find time to listen at a certain time but I could read at any time.

I will comment on the question as I always do.
As we say in our ski club:
“just because I sleep with you, doesn’t mean I have to Ski with you!”
Marriage is tough enough, mix in another 8 plus hours of work and a commute, the kids, depending on how old they are, may or may not be happy when mom and dad kill each other.

“Generally” I don’t think it is a good mix, and yes, there are exceptions to most rules.
